Fern Collective: NPO Focus Group

Thank you for your interest in our focus group! The objective of this conversation is to identify some of the experiences, frustrations, and needs of nonprofit workers. Our organization, The Fern Collective, is a start-up project working towards becoming a trust-worthy resource for nonprofit organizations and their staff. Our primary values and intentions are to create safe and inclusive spaces for learning and collaboration and to facilitate the development of more equitable and transparent nonprofit workplace culture in the Grand Rapids area.
