Join us for this gentle flow yoga class with instructor Gwyn, that’s designed to help you reset, reconnect, and build habits that support your well-being. 

Each class, we’ll explore calming breathwork, gentle stretching, grounding movement, and simple mindfulness practices you can carry into everyday life.

All ages and abilities are welcome. Mats are provided.
