Sit & Be Fit Classes- FREE

Sit & Be Fit is a cardiovascular exercise and strength training program. This class gives you an aerobic, full body workout with all exercises done sitting in a chair! It includes upper and lower body strength training and stretching. This class is great for people that want to improve their health but have limited range of motion, are at risk for falls, use walkers, or use a wheelchair. It is also for people who want an aerobics class where they can sit instead of stand. All classes are held in Baxter’s gym and are open to the public.
Gym doors are located on Diamond Ave., across from Joe Taylor Park.
