Kent County Tax Credit Coalition: Tax Preparation

Tuesdays 1PM-5PM  February 11th-April 8th, 2025

Baxter Community Center will be a tax preparation site for United Way’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free, reliable tax help to eligible individuals, ensuring that more people can confidently navigate tax season. You may qualify for free tax services through our VITA program if your household income is $68,000 or less. They can help you complete your income tax return and apply for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), a refundable federal income tax credit. U.S. citizenship is not required, but you must file a tax return to claim your credit.

All tax prep appointments must be scheduled through 2-1-1.
Baxter employees cannot assist you with making appointments.
