How to Start Eating Healthier; sustainable changes that can be made today
Our Food For Thought series is back starting November 2nd! We are seeing more and more information on what’s the healthiest diet and way to eat – it can be overwhelming to know where to begin! Sometimes we get caught up in the thought that we need to change everything all at once, and we skip over fundamental behavioral adjustments we can make today to benefit our health! Backed by peer-reviewed research, Michigan State Medical Student Michael Knox has gathered a handful of changes that we can all begin to implement in our eating habits – no matter where you are on your journey.
Lunch Provided to all attendees. All are welcome to attend; Advanced registration is encouraged, but not required!
*Please note this session is from 12-1PM only, there will not be an evening session on this topic.
